Simon is the Engineering Department Manager for the Roanoke Office and has been with PDG since 2006. He also has an additional three years of prior land surveying experience. Simon is primarily responsible for Development of Comprehensive Site Plans and Stormwater Quantity and Quality Analysis and has experience with many clients in the private and public sector. After the development plans are complete, he is responsible for managing the sites under construction. Simon has gained years of experience successfully completing projects in the following categories:

Simon’s role and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Primary point of contact for all engineering services
- Develop the scope of services for your project and a realistic time schedule for all design submittals
- Coordinate with his engineering staff and any other subcontractors needed to produce site plans and engineering documents
