At PDG we strive to make the workplace feel more like a gathering place for family. Making sure our workplace has a family atmosphere doesn’t just feel good – it makes good business sense. Creating a work family atmosphere gives us better morale, loyalty, higher productivity, and greater job satisfaction. We want employees to build relationships that foster an atmosphere of support and encouragement.
Work-Life Balance
We’re all people with full lives juggling multiple responsibilities and passions. Finding a healthy balance between work and life can do wonders for your health as well as your workplace. At PDG, we try to be as accommodating as we can with work-life balance. Unforeseen circumstances happen and we strive to make adjustments to workloads when an employee needs some extra bandwidth to deal with the unexpected. We place a high emphasis on cross training so we’re better able to support each other. Through cross training, our team members can build valuable knowledge, learn new skills, and better understand each other’s roles.
Company Luncheon

Dock Day
There is nothing better than enjoying a day at the lake during the heat of summer! Sheldon and his wife Thurston host an annual company dock party at their house for employees and their families.
Christmas Party
Setting aside time during the holidays to celebrate with our co-workers is a must at PDG. The PDG family gathers each year to enjoy a nice dinner, games and fellowship outside the office.
Birthday Celebrations
We love celebrating each other! We mark each employee’s special day with a sweet birthday treat for their birthday and a Happy Birthday serenade performed by coworkers.
Teams App
Communication is key! We use Microsoft Teams daily to touch base, share accomplishments, send words of encouragement, or congratulations. Celebrating a job well done and recognizing achievements helps reinforce our great community.
Annual Company Meeting
At the beginning of each year PDG has a company meeting to discuss goals that each department would like to accomplish in the upcoming year. We love working as a team to develop effective strategies together.
Client Appreciation Gifts
Our great relationships extend to our clients! We work as a team to come up with a meaningful year-end gift for each of our clients. Working together is a great opportunity to brainstorm and come up with just the perfect gift idea.
