Sheldon has been an owner of PDG since 2003 and has been active in the civil engineering and land surveying community since 1998. He is responsible for the daily operations of the Roanoke office, as well as being responsible for providing guidance and oversight to our PDG teams as they work on numerous projects. Sheldon oversees project conception, design and specifications, and provides quality assurance reviews of the final submittal documents.
Over the past 20 years, Sheldon has gained invaluable experience successfully completing projects in the following categories:

Sheldon’s areas of expertise include but are not limited to:
- Conceptual and Master Planning
- Feasibility Studies and Cost Analysis
- Land Use Planning
- Comprehensive Site Plans that include road, sewer, water, utility plans, etc.
- Investigate and design feasible potable water and sanitary sewer systems
- Evaluate and design site drainage, grading, and storm water management plans
- Evaluate and design traffic control and/or circulation plans
