Chris began his surveying career in 2002 and became licensed in Virginia in 2011. He joined PDG in 2020 and brings extensive surveying knowledge and decades of experience customizing land use solutions for a wide variety of clients. Chris’s expertise includes the following:
- Plat Preparation for Easements, Right-of-Ways, Boundary Line Adjustments, Property Conveyance, etc.
- Deed Research and Boundary Surveys
- Topographic Surveys with the use of Aerial/Drone Data Collection
- Commercial and Residential Construction Stakeout
- Physical Improvement Surveys and As-Built Surveys
- ALTA/NSPS Surveys and FEMA Certifications
- Record/Easement Platting
- Lot Line Staking
Chris’s roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Primary point of contact for all surveying services
- Developing the scope of services required, and coordinating with field personnel
- Reviewing and finalizing survey documents
