Stewart Landing is a 200-acre waterfront community located in Newberry County, SC. It is located on beautiful Lake Murray which is approximately 50,000 acres in size and has 650 miles of shoreline. Parker Design Group was contacted by American Land Holdings to help bring to life this state-of-the-art lake-living lifestyle community. Engineering services were provided from Concept Planning to Master Planning. The layout included 125 clustered lots with 30 estate lots.

This residential oasis provides all property owners with access to the numerous amenities offered here which include access to the club house, walking trails, a dog park, a playground, community day dock, boat storage and much more.  The value of this property was created by amenitizing the shoreline to provide lake-living lifestyle to the entire subdivision.
