Parker Design Group started working on this project with the Ryan Group in 2019 to help them manage their Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) documents. After several years, the construction came to an end and we started to work directly for Richfield Living where we were able to assist with project closure in 2023. We were also fortunate to work on another Richfield Living project at the same time on behalf of MB Contractors that also included SWPPP Updates and Inspections. In addition to the stormwater services Parker Design Group provided, we also performed a boundary survey of the 20+ acre Richfield Living Campus.
