Parker Design Group has designed comprehensive site plans for various Member One Federal Credit Union locations including Roanoke, Vinton and Christiansburg. The site plans included a demolition plan, VDOT entrance, traffic flow for an ATM and previous pavers in the parking lot.

The sites were approximately 3,000 sq ft in size and included on-site parking and drive through facilities, except for the Member One Headquarter facility. In addition to surveying and engineering services, stormwater management services were provided at the Franklin Road location to come up with options for a stormwater pipe issue caused by a stream running under the site that was discovered during construction.
