Parker Design Group partnered with NDRA II, LLC, a developer of hotel sites, to provide engineering, surveying and stormwater services on various Home2Suites projects in Roanoke, Blacksburg and Lynchburg, VA.

The project on Valley View Boulevard in Roanoke City included a demolition of an existing elementary school to provide room for the hotel and parking, as well as an adjacent restaurant. Parker Design Group provided field and office services necessary to produce an ALTA survey of an approximate 5.3 acre section of the parcel, in addition to a complete site plan. The site plan consisted of concept/land planning, a demolition plan, utility design, stormwater design, erosion & sediment control, a grading plan and landscape plan.
