Parker Design Group was contacted by Salem Hotel Partners, LLC, a long-time client, to provide engineering, surveying and stormwater services for this hospitality project. Located off I-81 at Exit 141, you can find this 5-story, 113-room hotel. Just minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, downtown Roanoke and downtown Salem, there is no shortage of entertainment available here.

Parker Design Group provided a topographic survey for Salem Hotel Partners when planning this project. We also implemented underground stormwater management with sand filter for stormwater quality purposes, provided site plans and landscaping, and worked on grading plans for the lot.
