Dynax America has been a major industrial manufacturer in the Botetourt community for many years, and Parker Design Group has been proud to partner with them on several projects.  One of the most notable projects was the 144,000 sq ft addition to their facility located in East Park in Botetourt County.

Parker Design Group provided engineering, surveying and stormwater services for this project which consisted of a parking lot design, a site design, a security site plan, utility investigation, boundary line adjustments, construction stake-out, topographic survey, as-built surveys, sinkhole remediation during construction, a separate truck entrance design, and construction site stormwater inspection and management.
